Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. ### Job Title ServiceNow Business Analyst – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) ### Corporate Title Analyst Experience-5-8 years Location- Bangalore ### Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to gather business requirements, design ServiceNow TPRM solutions, and support implementation across the third-party lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, security, procurement, and ServiceNow technical teams to deliver scalable governance, risk, and compliance solutions. ### Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow TPRM implementations. Conduct workshops with Procurement, Vendor Management, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Configure and support ServiceNow TPRM modules in collaboration with developers. Define and optimize third-party onboarding, assessment, due diligence, issue management, remediation, and offboarding processes. Configure questionnaires, assessment templates, risk scoring models, and workflow automation. Design integrations with external security assessment tools (e.g., SecurityScorecard, BitSight, OneTrust, Archer, etc.) where applicable. Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and UAT. Prepare functional design documents, BRDs, FRDs, test cases, and training materials. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments. Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements. ### Required Skills ServiceNow ServiceNow TPRM Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Vendor Risk Management (VRM) Risk Assessment Framework Assessment Designer Flow Designer IntegrationHub Service Catalog Workflow/Process Automation Reporting and Dashboards Business Analysis Requirement Gathering Process Mapping (BPMN/Visio) Gap Analysis User Stories BRD/FRD Functional Specifications UAT Management Stakeholder Management Risk & Compliance Third-Party Risk Management Lifecycle Vendor Onboarding Due Diligence Risk Assessments Remediation Tracking Exception Management Continuous Monitoring Regulatory Compliance Experience 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst. 3+ years working on ServiceNow IRM/TPRM implementations. Experience implementing end-to-end TPRM lifecycle. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and integrations. Experience in banking, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industries is preferred. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred. ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Implementation certification – Preferred. CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification is an advantage. ### Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to facilitate workshops and requirement sessions. Strong documentation skills. Risk-based thinking. Attention to detail. Ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
