### General Objectives

To support project implementation within KYCD by coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring proper documentation and communication among relevant stakeholders.

### Main Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of KYCD projects
- Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth project implementation
- Follow up on project action items and ensure timely completion
- Identify and escalate project issues or potential delays to relevant stakeholders
- Support data analysis and reporting related to project progress and performance
- Assist in other project management and administrative activities as required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from any major Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Good analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in project management, PMO, banking, or KYC-related projects is a plus Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
