### Key Responsibilities

Prepare Head Office and Managerial reports, including but not limited to performance reports, managerial accounting reports, and disclosure reports to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data presented in the reports. Support for managing any necessary reports or materials for Head Office Financial and Managerial Reporting. Prepare any necessary reports or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy.

Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation to improve efficiency. Reconcile core banking system with PSAK figures in regulatory reporting.

### Requirements

Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-5 years working experience in banking industry or financial institutions Having experience in regulatory reporting (Antasena) and reporting related tasks Good analytical skills to interpret large and complex data sets and ability to identify implications of data sets.
