This position will report to the Accounting Manager. ### Responsibilities New job setup in SAP and job folder setup Assisting with Accounts Payable in SAP Administer contract billing in SAP Assist in the month-end close process - Assist the Accounting Manager in creating timely and accurate financial statements - Understand job costing reports from SAP UKG(Kronos) Bi-Weekly Hourly Timesheet Review Other administrative and accounting projects, as needed. ### Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education Familiar with Accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment Up to 2 years of financial experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work on many different projects at one time.
