Together, we’re building the future we all aspire to - making net zero a reality. ### Role Overview The Associate, Project Management role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement within a professional environment. ### Key Responsibilities Demonstrate our core competencies: action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self and others, and ownership. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and supporting documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions, takeaways, and action items. Track project progress and maintain clear, accurate status reports. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to help ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Help identify project risks, issues, and potential delays and escalate them when appropriate. Maintain organized project files and support cross-functional collaboration among teams. Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization while adapting to changing priorities. ### Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira is a plus. Basic understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, is preferred. Strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Ability to protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using it for the benefit of third parties. Why Should You Apply?
