### Experience

Care Small & Enterprise Sr.

### Coordinator Función principal

Liderar la gestión de la experiencia de clientes B2B de los segmentos Small & Enterprise, asegurando su satisfacción, retención y fidelización mediante la coordinación de soluciones de valor durante la postventa, garantizando así la correcta operación del Customer Journey con el objetivo de maximizar el valor de cliente y los resultados de negocio.

### Requisitos

Experiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando clientes empresariales, de preferencia en la industria de tecnología. Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de alto desempeño y uso de KPIs estratégicos para identificar oportunidades, coordinar iniciativas de experiencia y generar impacto en el negocio. Licenciatura completa en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comunicación, o afines. Orientación al cliente.

Pensamiento estratégico. Análisis y gestión de KPI´s de negocio y experiencia del cliente.

### Conocimientos Específicos MS Office Deseable

inglés intermedio-avanzado. Herramientas de gestión de clientes (CRM) Experiencia del cliente Competencias y Habilidades Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas. Proactividad para proponer e implementar soluciones. Enfoque en la calidad y cumplimiento de plazos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación de resultados.
