Field Auditor Technical - Metro Ejecutar rutas de cortes por mora y voluntarios, en los distintos sectores de la capital y municipios aledaños, Validación de Tap´s saturados para liberar puertos que se necesitan para instalaciones nuevas. Realizar barridos de nodos, se efectúa una auditoria de los postes dentro de un sector seleccionado, el objetivo de estas auditorias es validar si los usuarios que están conectados a la red de HFC son usuarios activos o no, para esta gestión se debe de comunicar con el Back Office de auditoria y validar con el en el sistema para saber si son usuarios activos o no, de no ser usuario activo se debe de suspender físicamente el servicio. Requisitos Diversificado técnico en electricidad o electrónica, de preferencia con experiencia en instalaciones de televisión por cable Licencia tipo B Dispuesto a trabajar bajo presión en turnos y días festivos Buena actitud para los retos asignados Conocimientos de las zonas de la capital y municipios para ubicar direcciones. Conocimientos Específicos Conocimientos básicos en computación Habilidades matemáticas para llevar control de lo trabajado en el día (suma, resta, multiplicación y división) Conocimientos básicos de electricidad Manejo de herramienta básica Técnicos Competencias y Habilidades Dispuesto a trabajar en las alturas Resolución de problemas Orientado al servicio al cliente Trabajo en equipo y colaboración. Atención al detalle y precisión. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión. Responsabilidad y compromiso con la calidad de servicio. Comunicación efectiva.
