Pasante Gestión Operativa Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Pasante Gestión Operativa para desarrollar funciones acordes a su necesidad. ### Dirección COPS Ubicación: Ecuador, Quito Funciones Asociadas al Rol Elaborar y analizar reportes ejecutivos y dashboards de los procesos de Gestión Operativa para la identificación de tendencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora. Realizar seguimiento y control de KPIs operativos y de desempeño de proveedores, generando alertas y recomendaciones oportunas. Apoyar en el análisis de incidencias y la identificación de causas raíz asociadas a errores operativos y de proveedores. Consolidar información para comités operativos y presentaciones ejecutivas. Gestionar el registro, control y trazabilidad documental de requerimientos internos y externos. Coordinar la elaboración y seguimiento de comunicaciones oficiales con entidades regulatorias y áreas internas. Proponer automatizaciones y optimizaciones de reportes y procesos operativos. ### Requisitos Indispensables Educación Estudiantes de últimos semestres de carreras de Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas o afines. Manejo de Microsoft Office 365 Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel Manejo de base de datos Power BI Contar con experiencia previa mínima de 6 meses Competencias Capacidad analítica. Organización y planificación. Proactividad e iniciativa. Trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para resolver problemas y proponer mejoras.
