Business Intelligence Intern ✨ ¡Impulsa tu futuro profesional con una pasantía junto a nosotros! 🚀 Si eres estudiante de 5º año o egresado/a en Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Informática, Estadística, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines y te interesa adquirir experiencia en el análisis de información comercial, la generación de insights y el seguimiento del desempeño del negocio, ¡esta es tu oportunidad para desarrollar tus habilidades en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo! ✨ 🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Business Intelligence Intern. 🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses 🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador Objetivo: brindar soporte al área de Business Performance & Sales Intelligence mediante el análisis y seguimiento de información comercial, contribuyendo a la generación de insights para la toma de decisiones. ### Responsabilidades 📊 Analizar información comercial para identificar tendencias, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora en el desempeño del negocio. 📈 Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave (KPIs) y resultados de los diferentes segmentos y canales comerciales. 🔎 Investigar los principales factores y tendencias que explican el comportamiento de los resultados del negocio. 📋 Apoyar en la elaboración y automatización de reportes y dashboards para el seguimiento del desempeño comercial. 💡 Generar insights y recomendaciones a partir del análisis de datos que apoyen la toma de decisiones. 🎯 Apoyar en la elaboración de estimaciones, proyecciones y análisis de desempeño comercial. 🤝 Colaborar con diferentes áreas para recopilar, validar y analizar información relevante del negocio. 🚀 Dar seguimiento a iniciativas y proyectos orientados al crecimiento, eficiencia y cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales. ¿Qué buscamos? 💻 Manejo de Excel (intermedio). 🗄️ Conocimientos de SQL (básico). 📊 Power BI (básico). 📈 Habilidad para analizar información e identificar tendencias. 🧠 Pensamiento analítico y orientación a la resolución de problemas. 🗣️ Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo. 🤝 Capacidad para interactuar con diferentes áreas de la organización. 🚀 Proactividad, curiosidad, iniciativa y disposición para aprender. 📩 ¡Aplica ahora y forma parte de un equipo que transforma datos en decisiones estratégicas para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio! 💙 #TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
