## Job description

### 声学测试能力建设
- 负责建设高端超声系统的声学测试能力，包括声场仿真、验证和生产等各个环节。

### 技术支持
- 提供从声场仿真、验证到生产各环节中对声输出相关领域的技术支持，确保产品声学性能符合规范要求。

### 探头性能评估
- 参与评估超声探头的性能，确保其满足设计要求和使用需求。

### 系统合作
- 与系统团队紧密合作，完成高端功能实现，支持超声图像的优化。

### 产品策划与科研合作
- 参与高端产品策划，提出声学方面的改进建议；参与高端临床科研合作，推动超声技术在医学领域的应用和发展。

### 教育背景
- 声学、雷达、信号处理等相关专业。
- 具备全面的超声理论基础，能够跟踪前沿技术动态。
- 能够进行超声声场仿真，熟练掌握相关仿真软件。
- 具备较强的学习能力和创新能力，能够适应快速发展的超声技术环境。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与国内外合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系。
