## Job description

1、承担重要客户英文讲解工作，针对不同客户来访人员需要，输出定制化的讲解方案。 2、商务接待的统筹与组织，全流程统筹客户来访，设计客户接待体验方案及实施。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉展厅讲解、商务接待全流程运作模式，拥有相关从业经验者优先；
- 具备流利、标准的英文表达能力，口语发音纯正，逻辑清晰；
- 形象气质佳，仪态端庄得体，具备良好的亲和力与服务意识；
- 拥有优秀的学习能力、沟通协调能力及突发事件应变能力，能灵活处理接待过程中的各类问题。
