## Job description
- 负责具身智能领域的算法研究和应用开发，围绕多模态主动感知理解交互、复杂任务规划决策等问题展开研究
- 参与具身智能技术在技能学习与控制、模仿/强化学习、多模态大模型、机器人仿真平台等前沿方向的应用技术研发
- 把握业界最新发展趋势，推进团队产出高质量技术成果
- 此岗位包含机器人软件、运动控制、技能学习和智能决等方向
- 硕士及以上学历，具备机器人方向理论基础，了解机器人感知、操作等主要流程，具有相关系统或模块开发经验优先
- 对感知/机器人仿真系统/多模态多任务/模仿学习/多模态大模型等相关领域具有深入理解，具备 Agent 设计与开发经验优先
- 深入了解/使用过 MuJuCo / Isaac Sim 等仿真工具
- 具备扎实的前沿算法研发与工程实现能力，熟练C++/Python、Linux操作系统、具备独立开发和验证算法的能力
- 具有良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力
