## Job description
- 公司相关刑事维权类、内部反舞弊类事件/案件的合规调查；
- 针对相关刑事案件的司法推进；
- 撰写案件报告，总结、梳理管理漏洞，就争议处理中发现的法律风险提出防控建议；
- 完成其它交办的任务。
- 法学本科及以上学历，有法律职业资格的优先；
- 熟悉刑事诉讼流程，有3年左右的刑事案件办理、刑事调查或者合规调查经验，有刑侦、经侦司法办案经验的优先；
- 优秀的法律逻辑思维、法律文书撰写能力；
- 具有团队合作精神，主动性、责任心强；
- 正直诚信，保密意识强。
