## Job description
- 负责阀产品结构理论设计，部品结构理论设计及计算，通过对比仿真或者实际测试数据进行优化设计工作；
- 负责阀项目的推进及研发阶段量产导入工作；
- 负责阀新部品的开发，供应商及工艺&品质的协助评估，改善；
- 负责研发阶段性能、噪音&振动、可靠性实验的测试跟进改善工作；
- 负责产品设计方面的降本优化，品质改善等工作。

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上，机电/机械类、制冷/热能工程专业，要求具备机械开发设计5年及以上经验；有阀产品相关经验者优先；
- 具备独立结构设计，理论计算的能力；能使用仿真工具进行结构，流体分析的优先；熟练操作CREO\PR0-E,UG 等3D软件；
- 具有阀项目管理及量产化导入经验者优先；
- 具有机械结构部品开发经验，熟悉加工件、注塑件主要材料性能及设计评价方法；
- 熟悉压缩机性能&可靠性；噪音&振动测试系统；具有一定的动手测试能力；熟悉整机系统与压缩机匹配优先。
