## Job description
- 负责客户服务业务核心指标追踪、挖掘异常数据本质根源、服务全流程监控；
- 负责重大升级投诉、网络舆情、工商等投诉的研判与跟进闭环；
- 负责捕捉与挖掘市场潜在的风险问题，及时预警并推动改善；
- 负责执行业务标准传达与宣贯、业务辅导、数据分析，有效提升员工服务能力。

### 必备项
- 本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上；
- 专业不限；
- 熟练掌握办公软件。

### 加分项

1、有相关的企业实习经验； 2、有参加比赛获得奖项。 此外，我们还希望你具有良好的沟通、协调、推进能力，较强的服务意识和责任心，对工作充满热情和干劲，能承受较大压力。
