## Job description
- 从事新产品结构的创新与结构设计工作，保证新产品结构的合理性、可靠性、新颖性；
- 负责新产品开发中各个阶段的评审、试模、试产及量产的组织、协调和跟进工作，并解决过程出现的技术问题；
- 负责编写新品开发过程中的各种技术文件，确保过程控制文件符合研发控制流程和相关质量管理标准；
- 负责产品零部件生命周期内的相关技术问题解决与创新优化，对零部件的结构标准化及接口标准化进行规划与执行。

### 必备项
- 硕士以上学历，英语六级及以上或同等水平测试证明；
- 机械设计及自动化，机械工程、材料科学与工程、能源与动力工程等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握CAD、Pro-E、UG、SolidWorks等设计软件。

### 加分项

在校期间有相应领域/开发的项目经历或者在国内外主流核心期刊发表过论文。 此外，我们还希望你具有较强的学习能力，具有谦逊、开放、包容、创新的精神和团队协作的意识，良好的沟通能力。
