## Job description
- 负责制定压缩机搭载大功率系统（氟泵、大多联、并联系统、采暖水系统、基站空调、储能、蓄热、冷水等）可靠性及能效提升设计指引研究，提出压缩机突破路径及方案；
- 负责应对客户端、市场端大功率系统压缩机匹配优化及问题跟进；
- 负责大功率系统国际、国内新标准跟踪与解析，完成新场景、新品类压缩机性设计规范指引及系统评价标准优化。
- 硕士以上学历，制冷、热力学、暖通、传热专业背景，10年以上暖通产品企业产品开发工作经验；
- 具备大功率系统（氟泵、大多联、并联系统、采暖水系统、基站空调、储能、蓄热、冷水等）开发背景，对各领域的法律法规和标准有深入了解；
- 熟悉暖通行业大功率系统的特点、应用场景、市场竞争格局；
- 熟悉热力循环理论计算，掌握制冷系统的部件选型和设计并有全新系统发开发经验。
