## Job description
- 负责焊接用新材料、新技术、新设备的工艺研发；
- 负责焊接新工艺的提出和引进；
- 负责焊接工艺评定、焊材基础要求研究管理；
- 负责焊接缺陷的分析和解决方案的制定；
- 负责主要焊接设备关键焊接工艺（氩弧焊、激光焊、电阻焊）制定并创新；
- 负责有限元焊接热、力仿真分析；
- 博士研究生学历，焊接、材料、机械等相关专业；
- 有气保焊、钎焊、激光焊等焊接相关技术的研究和项目实践经验；
- 具有丰富的焊接工艺知识及焊接工艺同步工程能力，具有丰富的焊接工艺问题解决经验，能够主导焊接新工艺研究；
- 熟练使用Creo/solidworks等制图软件，熟练使用Ansys/cetol/Delima等仿真软件；
