## Job description
- Develop and implement a global strategy for Payroll and Time Attendance systems, focusing on cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliant, timely, and accurate payments on a global scale, while supporting organizational changes such as new entity setups and M&A activities. Stay informed about technological advancements, regulatory updates, and industry trends.
- Manage global payroll and time vendor relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management, in close collaboration with Procurement and Finance teams.
- Lead payroll transitions and vendor onboarding at the country level, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with global standards.
- Identify global risks and establish continuity plans, implementing key process controls and measures. Develop global standards and best practices, while fostering knowledge sharing among internal stakeholders through a community of practice.
- Apply domain expertise across projects and initiatives, designing processes that ensure compliance with HR, financial, and regulatory policies. Drive continuous improvement to enhance process and technology efficiency.
- Provide subject matter expertise to local HR teams, maintain standardized workflows for critical processes, and ensure the sustainability of payroll competencies. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2.

Multi-country payroll experience in SSC/BPO or complex in-house environment 3. 8-12 years HR experience 4. Hands-on with global payroll platforms and HCM; strong in Excel 5. Solid knowledge of statutory requirements, payroll accounting, and payment processes 6. Experience with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls 7. Excellent English communication and stakeholder management
