## Job description
- 负责压缩机结构设计，建模与工程制图，以及相关技术文件编制。
- 负责压缩机技术研究，方案创新，以改善性能、NVH以及可靠性等关键指标。
- 负责项目结构方案构思、设计理论计算分析、推进试制/试产以及试验分析。
- 负责制定产品DV试验计划，开展可靠性试验，输出试验报告。
- 负责产品专利布局与申请，撰写技术交底书，以及专利风险排查。
- 协同解决售前及售后客户问题。 1、本科及以上学历(硕/博优先)，机械/制冷相关专业，掌握Cero/Catiat等CAD软件。 2、3年以上工作经验，具备结构设计经验(压缩机结构或电控结构优先)，掌握常见加工/装配工艺，材料设计应用。 3、英语CET6，口语流利者优先。 4、具有良好的团队精神与沟通协调能力，高执行力，负责心强。
