## Job description
- 保障数据库系统7×24稳定运行，SLA达标
- 对数据库变更质量负责，管控生产环境变更风险
- 对数据安全和备份完整性负责，确保灾难恢复能力
- 对故障响应时效负责，输出复盘报告并推动改进落地
- 持续优化数据库性能，降低资源成本
- 沉淀技术文档与最佳实践，推动团队能力提升
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上DBA相关工作经验
- 精通Linux操作系统，熟练使用常用命令及调优工具
- 精通MySQL/MariaDB体系架构，深入理解InnoDB存储引擎、锁机制、事务隔离及MVCC
- 精通MySQL高可用集群（主从复制、MHA/Galera等）的部署与故障处理
- 精通Oracle日常运维（实例管理、RMAN备份恢复、DataGuard）
- 精通Redis数据结构、持久化、集群模式（Sentinel/Cluster）及性能优化
- 具备扎实的SQL调优能力，有高并发场景优化经验
- 熟练掌握Shell、Python、Go至少一种编程语言
- 有大规模数据库集群运维、数据库中间件（分库分表/读写分离）经验者优先
