## Job description
- 工签办理跟进
- 按照流程和操作指引，完成员工海外派驻工作签证/居留许可的材料收集、整理、递交及进度跟踪
- 与使领馆、签证代理机构、海外HR保持日常沟通，跟进签证办理进度，及时反馈异常情况
- 维护签证办理台账，记录各单进度、材料状态、交付时间等基础信息
- 差旅保险协助
- 按照保险方案，协助完成外派人员差旅险的购买、续保操作
- 协助外派人员准备保险理赔所需材料，对接保险公司跟进理赔进度
- 日常事务支持
- 协助处理护照办理、涉外公证认证等配套事务
- 解答外派人员关于签证流程、材料要求等基础咨询 任职要求 本科及以上学历，1-3年外事管理、签证办理或相关岗位经验 熟悉如东南亚、中东、欧洲、拉美等的签证政策与办理流程为佳 良好的英语读写能力（CET-6及以上），能独立处理英文文件及邮件沟通 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基本的数据统计与报告撰写能力 素质要求 工作细致严谨，对材料准确性有高度敏感性 较强的跨部门沟通协调能力和客户服务意识 具备良好的抗压能力和突发事件应变能力 有保密意识，能妥善处理员工个人信息及敏感数据
