## Job description
- 负责变频压缩机开发工作及对应客户需求；
- 负责新产品平台规划、产品能力提升、技术创新，品质改善，产品群维护 ；
- 负责产品全生命周期管理统筹，推动产品相关价值链的协同，主导解决产品开发端的技术问题，确保新产品按时量产；
- 负责指导工程师压缩机相关理论知识及专业技术能力的提升。
- 机械或制冷专业，压缩机行业工作5年以上，具有较好的机械设计能力；
- 掌握前沿压缩机技术知识，并在结构设计领域及制冷系统问题处理方面具有丰富的实战经验，能解决实际问题；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力，擅长项目管理；
- 有团队合作精神，责任心强。
