## Job description
- 主导注塑模具的全流程设计（从概念到量产）；
- 使用CAD/CAE软件（如UG/NX、SolidWorks、AutoForm）完成3D结构设计、2D工程图及模流分析；
- 优化模具结构（分型面、浇注系统、冷却系统、顶出机构等），确保可制造性及寿命。
- 参与新材料、新工艺试验，降低模具成本并提升效率；维护设计标准库，推动模具标准化进程。
- 本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上或同等水平测试证明；
- 材料科学与工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业。
- 具有较强的学习能力和沟通能力，具备谦逊、开放、包容、创新的精神和团队协作的意识。
