## Job description
- 负责微波能应用和大功率微波传输基础研究，实现技术创新突破；
- 负责相关项目重点难点技术攻关，技术交流、专利及文献撰写；
- 解决微波加热领域行业痛点、难题攻关、以及对颠覆性技术的创新突破，实现全球突破。
- 硕士学历，电磁场与微波技术、通讯工程、无线电物理、微波射频等研究方向；
- 海外学习或工作背景优先；
- 系统掌握电磁场、天线相关理论，熟练使用HFSS、CST等电磁仿真软件，具有天线、各类微波传输器件设计、调试经验优先；
- 熟练掌握射频测试仪器（频谱仪、信号源、矢量网络分析仪）使用方法；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神、具有强烈责任感和使命感，积极主动的自学能力，能独立承担行业前沿课题。
