## Job description
- 从事材料研究与应用工作；
- 根据产品需求，制定材料研发指标、路线，并进行技术攻关；
- 梳理并规避材料研究及应用风险，推动材料技术落地，支撑经营；
- 协助或负责完成项目申报、奖项申请及对外合作。
- 硕士学历，材料科学与工程、环境科学与工程类等相关专业；
- 专业知识和理论扎实，熟练掌握材料配方或者加工工艺，擅长常规的材料物化分析及表征手段及分析能力；

### 加分项
- 在校期间有先进材料研究项目经历或者在国内外主流核心期刊发表过论文或者有企业合作的横向项目等
