## Job description
- 在制造场景中使用大模型、智能体技术，结合机器学习和深度学习手段，提升生产效率和质量，包括但不限于数据处理、增强检索、模型后训练等；
- 参与前沿技术的探索和落地应用，推动大模型技术在工艺机理理解、异常检测、智能决策等领域的创新落地应用；
- 与团队成员协作，进行模型的性能评估和优化，提升模型的准确性、可控性和效率。

### 学历专业
- 硕士学历；人工智能、计算机、数学等相关专业，或具备AI交叉研究背景的工科专业（化学/机械/电气/工业工程等）；

### 算法功底
- 具备扎实的数学基础，熟悉机器学习、深度学习及自然语言处理（NLP）的核心理论；

### 编程工具
- 熟练掌握 Python，精通 PyTorch 深度学习框架，熟悉 Huggingface 等大模型开源生态。

### 加分项（满足其一即可）
- 有大模型/AI在实际场景落地的项目经验；
- 发表过高水平学术论文；
- 具备优秀的跨学科团队沟通能力，能快速追踪前沿技术。
