## Job description
- 负责轻商定速E/H系列产品规划和开发，结构设计、项目拓展、客户样机、客户技术支持、VA；
- 统筹负责海外和国内E/H系列定速轻商压缩机需求对接，协同营销、营技拓展市场，完成客户技术交流、项目对接、项目达成。
- 制定并更新技术规范与设计标准，确保产品符合国际国内法律法规及行业标准。
- 参与产品开发规划，制定常规规划项目的总体落地方案与技术方案。
- 识别并解决产品开发中的技术难点和风险，提出创新解决方案并验证其有效性。
- 具有活塞类压缩机开发经验10年以上，独立完成重点项目开发经验；
- 或者具备摩擦磨损方向工作经验，可放宽行业限制；
- 熟悉 CAD\UG\Croe\Solidwork等三维画图软件；
- 具有一定的制冷和机械类专业设计知识；
- 具有较好的沟通能力和抗压能力，有一定的团队协作能力；
- 具备良好的英语沟通表达能力。
