## Job description

### 市场与用户研究
- 定期分析日本家庭生活趋势和竞品设计，输出洞察报告；

### 本土化产品设计
- 主导冰箱等产品的工业设计，聚焦紧凑结构、和食分区等细节；

### 跨部门协同
- 与美的冰箱研发、日本营销及供应链团队协作，确保设计落地；

### 设计语言本土化
- 在美的设计体系下，发展东芝日本线的子设计语言，融入日式美学； 1、工业设计相关本科以上，日本本土设计院校（如武藏野美术大学、多摩美术大学）优先； 2、5年以上家电或消费电子设计经验，有日系企业经验者优先； 3、精通设计软件UG、PS、AI、KEYSHOT等，熟悉日本JIS标准； 4、能在中日双语环境中沟通，传递本土需求； 5、认同东芝品牌复兴，兼具工匠精神和创新思维。
