## Job description
- 新产品ICT、功能测试方案规划和新的ICT、功能测试程序；
- 搭建并维护FCT测试平台，编写测试程序及测试用例；
- 提高ICT/功能测试的直通率和覆盖率，分析测试不良；
- 培训ICT/功能测试技术员。
- 本科及以上学历, 电子及相关专业优先；
- 有5年以上FCT测试相关工作经验, 熟练操作X-ray检测设备；
- 有PCBA测试或SMT、汽车电子行业经验； 5. 良好的沟通和协调能力。
