## Job description
- 负责家用分体式空调的产品设计和优化工作；
- 负责新品开发各个阶段的评审、试模、试产及量产的组织、协调和跟进工作，并解决过程出现的技术问题；
- 负责样机试制，改模，并按照确定的改模方案出改模资料，保证改模效果的达成；
- 负责编写新品开发过程中的各种技术文件，确保过程控制文件符合研发控制流程和相关质量管理标准。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上结构设计经验；机械、材料、模具、力学等相关专业；
- 熟练使用UG、CAD设计软件；有一定的钣金、塑胶件设计经验；
- 良好的沟通能力和执行能力，有完整的产品开发项目落地经验优先。
