## Job description
- 对新物料寻源开发辅配，对新引入供方培养赋能；
- 对合格供方进行评价考核、淘汰，持续优化供应布局；根据供应商供货及价格等情况，制定供货比例，监督供货比例严格执行；
- 协调品质及技术提升现有供方能力，提升整体供货品质
- 协同计划解决供货异常，保障生产；
- 建立、建全供应商绩效评价体系及评价标准，并推动有效落实。
- 协同品质、研发、工程部门对供方进行管理辅导，提高供方核心竞争力。

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 理科类或工科类专业；

### 经验要求
- 熟悉暖通部件、各类电机产品情况、供应链及采购相关工作流程，相关行业工作经验2年以内；有EC风机行业采购配套，OEM/ODM采购配套管理经验优先；

### 技能要求
- 熟练的办公软件操作技能；具有较强的商务谈判能力；有良好的语言表达、沟通及组织协调能力；

### 职业素养
- 具有较强的责任心和敬业精神，工作态度积极、主动、认真严谨，有良好的执行力。
