## Job description
- 从事新产品结构的创新与设计工作，保证新产品结构的合理性、可靠性、新颖性，主导运动机构及驱动结构模块设计及创新研究；
- 负责创新产品平台项目的创意挖掘、平台架构搭建、功能结构设计、方案评估验证、技术转化等相关工作；
- 协同各技术团队，完成创新平台产品的结构实现，解决产品平台的技术难点
- 机械等相关专业，博士学历，英语六级及以上；
- 熟练掌握CAD、Pro-E、UG、SolidWorks等设计软件，
- 熟练掌握力学知识、熟练进行仿真研究。
- 工作积极主动，具有较强的学习能力，谦逊、开放、包容、创新的精神和团队协作的意识，良好的沟通能力。
- 在校期间有获得本专业国内外相关专业比赛奖项或TRIZ创新方法相关的项目经历者优先
