## Job description

1、负责班组的生产管理，确保班组生产运作正常，处理现场发生的问题并反馈； 2、负责班组的日常管理，指导员工完成生产工作。

### 必备项
- 本科学历，英语四级及以上，工业工程，机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、机械工艺技术、电气工程及其自动化、电气工程与智能控制等专业；
- 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件操作，具备良好的数据分析能力功底；
- 具备较好的沟通协调处理问题能力。

### 加分项

1、有学生社团/班级干部经验者优先； 2、有岗位相关职能项目实践或实习经验优先。 此外，我们还希望你具备良好的沟通表达能力及逻辑思维，能吃苦耐劳，愿意扎根基层。
