## Job description
- 根据法律法规及业务发展需求，负责境外国家地区的薪酬福利体系的设计及优化；
- 持续审视内外部薪酬福利机制，为业务提供合理有效的薪酬福利解决方案；
- 负责薪酬调整、奖金发放等项目的方案设计及在境外落地；
- 其它薪酬福利专项、相关日常运营。 1、6年以上海外薪酬福利经验； 2、英文可作为工作语言； 3、逻辑缜密，对数据敏感，保密意识强，工作结果导向。
