## Job description
- 负责核心零部件及制冷系统性能提升相关的技术研究及落地，包括系统匹配效率提升、化霜优化、节能创新技术研究等
- 负责性能、品质、成本竞争力相关技术难题的攻克
- 负责调研行业技术趋势、发展动态，并转化成内部技术规划，推进研究及落地

### 负责或参与换热器相关标准制定，包括企标、行标、国标 必备项
- 1、博士学历，英语六级及以上或同等水平测试证明； 2、制冷低温工程、热能与动力工程、热能工程等相关专业。

### 加分项

在校期间有强化换热、热仿真、制冷技术、保温隔热、散热设计、燃烧动力等项目经历或在国内外主流核心期刊发表过论文。 此外，我们还希望你具有较强的学习能力和沟通能力，具备谦逊、开放、包容、创新的精神和团队协作的意识。
