## Job description

1，技术企划：拉通事业部研发、生产及集采大宗，结合行业发展趋势，规划铜合金材料方向等中长期项目； 2，项目推进和落地：主导铜合金材料方向降本方案实施和落地，拉通跨部门协同，达成项目目标；解决铜合金材料研发过程的关键核心技术难题，含配方设计，工艺调整等； 3，技术沉淀和内外部奖励申报：撰写铜合金材料方向技术行业标准和专利，申报集团内外部奖励或项目，完善铜合金材料方向技术沉淀。 1，硕士以上学历，材料学相关专业，5年以上铜合金材料尤其是铜合金开发和应用经验，能独立开展金属材料设计和工艺开发；熟悉铜合金成型、连接、涂层等制程工艺； 2，精通金属材料专业知识，精通其生产工艺，熟悉金属材料行业发展现状和发展趋势；具备代铜方案全流程验证担当经验者优先； 3，具备良好的项目管理和沟通能力，主导至少>2项金属材料项目落地，拉通跨部门协同。
