## Job description
- 围绕集团产品需求，开展材料基础研究与应用技术开发
- 与事业部协同，推动研究成果向产品转化（Tech to Product Development）
- 跟踪国内外前沿技术动态，提出新技术方向建议
- 参与或主导与高校、科研院所的产学研合作项目
- 输出专利、论文等知识产权成果
- 材料科学与工程、高分子、化学、物理、冶金等相关专业博士学位

### 在以下列出的一个或多个材料研究方向有系统的研究经历，有高水平论文发表
- ① 化合物半导体晶体生长、探测器材料 ② 金属材料与表面工程 ③ 磁性材料（非晶/纳米晶软磁加工工艺研究） ④ 表面与界面工程方向
- 具备独立设计实验、分析数据、解决工程问题的能力
- 良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力
- 有AI/机器学习在材料研究中的应用经验；或熟练使用材料仿真工具（如COMSOL、ANSYS、VASP、LAMMPS、Thermo-Calc等）者；或产业化/工程化经验者优先
