## Job description
- 对接海外客户，提供压缩机远程 + 现场技术支持，实车 / 台架故障排查，闭环客户技术问题。

### 承接海外出差任务
- 开展现场问题调研、测试验证，输出出差与故障分析报告
- 作为接口协调研发、测试、质量团队，推动问题根因分析与整改落地。
- 配合海外销售完成项目技术对接、技术交流、实车匹配验证、问题评审，支撑新项目定点与存量项目稳定交付。
- 维护海外技术问题台账，定期输出周报月报，跟进问题全生命周期。
- 本科及以上学历，机械设计、制冷、车辆工程等相关专业；
- 英语作为工作语言，读写熟练，可独立写英文技术邮件、报告，可参与英文技术会议；
- 了解汽车热管理系统、压缩机基本结构与工作原理，能看懂测试数据，具备故障拆解、定位分析能力；有台架 / 实车问题排查经验优先
- 有主机厂对接、海外客户现场服务经历优先；
- 熟悉汽车行业 APQP 流程、8D 报告、FMEA、DVP&R 优先；
- 具备能够处理多个项目、按时完成任务以及在跨职能团队中有效工作的能力；
- 有较强的责任心、事业心，思路清晰、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力、良好的人际沟通、组织协调能力和团队合作精神。
