## Job description
- 根据燃热产品需求和技术发展趋势，主导噪音相关领域的技术规划，推动前瞻性技术的产业化落地；
- 负责燃热系统振动、噪音诊断基础研究，拆解系统降噪指标到各个核心部件燃烧器、风机、换热器、阀体、水泵、水路组件、面壳风道、电控算法；
- 负责燃热系统振动噪音相关数据库和仿真体系建设。
- 硕士及以上学历，振动噪声、声学、力学、机械、热能与动力工程等相关专业，具备振动与噪声控制、结构仿真等相关知识背景，5年及以上NVH相关工作经验；
- 熟悉振动噪音相关测试系统，掌握噪声与振动测试实验设计与分析方法，具有噪声分析与信号处理经验；熟悉燃热系统振动噪声控制和燃烧系统控制逻辑者优先；
- 具有较强的抗压能力，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
