## Job description

### 岗位职责

负责空调、热泵等产业系统仿真相关应用及核心技术攻关：
- 负责暖通空调核心部件及系统的基础/机理研究以及核心技术攻关
- 负责推动系统仿真技术在产品开发等业务端的应用落地

### 指导和培养技术团队，提升团队专业能力，打造高水平技术梯队 任职资格
- HVAC&R产业内专家，博士8年以上，硕士12年以上工作经验
- 精通关键技术如VCS制冷系统新循环，系统节能控制技术，系统建模与仿真技术等1项或多项
- 长期从事技术研究工作（非技术管理类），对HVACR领域的基础共性技术有深刻的理解和洞察力，对该领域的前沿技术有敏锐的判断力
- 在HVAC&R 领域有显著的技术创新成果，并在技术创新成果转化落地方面具有丰富的项目经验

### 熟练掌握如下一种或多种编程语言
- C/C++、python、Modelica、 Fortran、Matlab/Simulink
