## Job description

### 内容策略与规划
- 结合美的品类品牌定位、产品特性及市场营销热点，制定不同平台的内容运营策略，规划内容主题与发布计划；

### 多平台达人内容合作与管理
- 对接Agency筛选达人、输出brief、审核达人内容，制定内容加热计划（如“DOU+”投放、蒲公英达人合作），确保新品在小红书、抖音、视频号、B站、知乎等平台的上市声量；

### 内容平台数据分析与优化
- 跟踪核心数据指标（阅读量、互动量、爆文率等），定期复盘并反哺内容策略，通过内容营销提升曝光度与转化率。

### 必备项

本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上或同等水平测试证明。

### 加分项

1、有学生干部工作经历； 2、具备流利的英语口语能力。 此外，我们还希望你具备良好的语言沟通能力，良好的服务意识，责任心强，工作细致、踏实。
