## Job description
- 负责仓储管理，控制货物的收发、结存；
- 负责物流路由规划、业务流程设计及优化，确保物流交付更快捷、高效、安全；
- 负责物流信息化需求提出及跟踪落实；
- 对运营全流程各项KPI达成效果和质量负责，对异常进行纠偏和改善，确保客户满意和用户口碑；
- 负责物流成本控制和优化，推动精益物流改善；
- 负责业务运作仓配拉通及流程SOP梳理和评价体系； 负责业务运作过程管理和异常处理及提效；
- 负责运营团队建设。

### 必备项

1、本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上或同等水平测试证明； 2、交通运输类、物流管理与工程类等相关专业。

### 加分项

有相关岗位大型企业实习经验。 此外，我们还希望你具备综合素质优秀，能够承受压力，积极向上，较强的自我驱动力。
