## Job description
- 研发具身智能强化学习算法，提升sim2real，real2sim，真机强化学习在实际机器人操作中的应用
- 研究适合强化学习的任务场景和设计，数据收集方案
- 研究具身智能相关的强化学习算法的训练策略，包括reward设计，和机器人基础模型的结合应用，sim和real数据的混合训练等
- 硕士或博士学历，计算机科学或相关专业背景
- 有机器人真机操作相关经验，有RL相关算法经验

### 有仿真平台使用经验，包括但不限于mujoco，issac sim等，优先考虑做过real2sim和真机RL的人选 加分项
- 1、在机器人操控/运动等方面有科研或实践经验，在国际顶级会议/期刊发表过高质量论文 2、在机器人竞赛中，如robomaster, robocon等有参赛和获奖经验者优先
