## Job description
- 负责SLAM（同步定位与地图构建）算法的研究与开发，包括视觉SLAM、激光SLAM及多传感器融合技术；
- 优化SLAM算法在实时性、鲁棒性及精度等方面的性能，解决实际应用中的技术难题；
- 参与机器人等项目中SLAM模块的设计与实现；
- 跟踪SLAM领域的前沿技术，探索创新性解决方案；
- 与团队协作，完成算法模块的集成、测试与部署。

### 必备项
- 计算机科学、机器人、自动化、电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉SLAM算法原理，掌握经典算法如ORB-SLAM、VINS、LOAM等；
- 精通C++/Python编程，具备良好的算法实现与优化能力；
- 熟悉计算机视觉、多传感器融合、非线性优化等相关技术；
- 有机器人、自动驾驶或AR/VR领域SLAM项目经验者优先；
- 具备较强的学习能力、团队协作精神及解决问题的能力。

### 加分项
- 在顶级会议（如CVPR、ICRA、IROS）发表过SLAM相关论文；
- 熟悉深度学习在SLAM中的应用，如基于学习的特征提取与匹配；
- 有实际产品落地经验，熟悉嵌入式平台优化与部署。
