## Job description
- 按照公司授权启动项目，并制定可行的项目时间、成本、质量、沟通等计划
- 对项目的进度、范围 、成本、质量进行有效管理，监督和控制项目运行状态、项目的风险、机会，同项目团队一起保证项目结果；
- 有效管理变更、回款和终验收；
- 有效的管理下级供应商，跟踪项目物料状态；
- 作为指定的项目接口人，定期向公司管理层汇报项目状态。 1、5年以上汽车总装行业的工作经验；3年以上项目管理经验. 2、具备动力装配线等相关行业经验. 3、本科学历，电气、机械工程相关专业； 4、熟练使用MS Office, MS Project软件，了解2D/3D 设计软件的使用（例如Solid works, AutoCAD）； 5、流利的普通话和英语，懂德语优先；
- 自我激励、工作热情、领导力强、优秀的沟通能力、有效的执行力、团队合作精神。
- 能承受高压快节奏的工作环境；
