## Job description

### 解决方案
- 针对客户应用场景，针对性设计开发整套解决方案，满足客户需求；

### 技术服务
- 配合销售进行产品选型，负责伺服产品在客户现场的调试、测试、安装等，确保产品正常运行并达到客户预期效果；

### 问题解决
- 快速响应客户在产品使用过程中遇到的技术问题，提供有效的解决方案，确保客户满意度；

### 技术培训
- 为客户和销售团队提供产品使用和维护的技术培训，组织技术交流，提升客户对产品的理解和使用能力；

### 市场反馈
- 收集客户反馈和市场需求，及时向研发和产品部门反馈，以推动产品的改进和创新。

### 必备项
- 本科学历，英语六级及以上或同等水平测试证明，自动化、机械类、电气类、暖通制冷等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握各类办公软件，具备基本的编程或制图能力；
- 能接受短期性出差，具备较强的学习能力及沟通协调能力，注重团队协作；
- 对工作积极主动、责任心强、做事细心，较强的抗压能力。

### 加分项
- 在校为学生干部，有大型活动组织经验；
- 专业排名靠前，或获得奖学金；
- 相关行业的实习经历。
