## Job description
- 搭建并维护具身智能数据采集 Infra；
- 负责机械臂相关系统的使用、调试与开发；
- 构建并维护具身智能数据 Pipeline 与部署流程，包括数据采集、数据流转、数据管理、模型部署、版本管理及真机验证等工程化体系建设；
- 搭建具身数据管线，包括 Ego 数据集的数据清洗、标注、处理与管理，用于具身模型训练；
- 搭建和维护机器人真机部署 Infra；
- 支持 VLA（Vision-Language-Action）、WAM（World Action Model）等模型的工程化落地；
- 优化机器人系统稳定性、可扩展性与运行效率；
- 与算法、硬件、仿真团队协同推进具身系统落地。
- 硕士及以上学历，具备英语六级及以上或同等水平测试证明，计算机、自动化、机器人等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉 Linux 开发环境；
- 熟练掌握 Python 与 C++；
- 有边端推理或模型部署经验；
- 熟悉 Docker 等容器化技术；
- 有机械臂使用、调试或开发经验；
- 了解机器人部署流程与数据链路；
- 对具身智能方向有兴趣，了解 VLA、WAM 等相关技术路线；
- 了解 RL、模仿学习、Diffusion Policy 等具身方向方法；
- 熟悉或了解 LeRobot 等机器人学习框架。
