## Job description

### 零售运营先锋
- 负责终端零售人/货/场的运营管理，包括门店建店、运营等，协助门店进销存管理，通过数字化的营销工具推动区域端到端的营销活动落地；

### 客户合作伙伴
- 跟进区域客户及一线团队，推动零售变革落地，实现销售份额增长，达成区域零售业绩，构建企业合作伙伴共赢圈；

### 用户运营达人
- 负责赋能门店运营新老用户，加速精准获客，增强品牌与消费者粘性，提升转化； 必备项：
- 本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上；
- 专业不限；
- 熟练掌握办公软件。

### 加分项
- 拥有消费电子、家电、新能源汽车等行业企业推广实习经历；
- 在校担任学生干部及学生组织重要成员者；
- 大学有自主创业经验者。 此外，我们还希望你拥有良好的沟通能力，组织能力，团队协作能力，具有良好的适应能力，愿意接受新鲜事物，对市场有一定敏感度，工作积极主动。 （工作地点：入职后全国分配）
