## Job description
- 制定机器人系统硬件需求和功能需求，包含硬件系统方案，嵌入式板卡，电气，嵌入式软件，导航等；
- 系统方案技术难点预估和风险识别；
- 起草内部技术标准和相关协议制定；
- 制定各供应商零部件标准，功能和通信协议等；
- 准确识别及有效规避产品开发过程中的风险，并提出解决方案；
- 协调和管理内外部资源，完成产品开发，验证，测试，验收等工作。 1、机电，电气，自动化或机电一体化相关专业； 2、8年以上非标或标准设备电气自动控制相关设计与调试工作经验，具备AGV设备研发经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握电气设计软件（EPLAN）或PCB设计软件； 4、熟练掌握电气布线、电控柜元件布局设计、电气元件选型； 5、熟练掌握通信总线，如CAN、RS232、RS485、Modebus、Canopen等通信协议； 6、逻辑思维清晰，有丰富的硬件产品调试经验，具有成熟的解决问题方法论
